Ivan Tsupka was born in 1973 in Odessa, Ukraine In the 1990s he moved to Kiev, becoming one of the key figures in the Ukrainian contemporary art scene. He graduated Ukrainian Academy of Fine Art and Architecture at 1999 Ivan’s works are in many public collections, including the Ukrainian National Museum, Odessa Fine Art Museum, Kiev Center for Contemporary Art and Museum of Odessa Modern Art and in numerous private collections across the globe. He has had numerous solo and group exhibitions at institutions and galleries across the Ukraine including Odessa Museum of Modern Art, Guelman Gallery, Pinchuk Art Center, Soros Center for Contemporary Art, Brucie Collection Gallery among the others.
